Processing Time
 1. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
2. Customised products are processed within -10-20 days or depending on customisation.

3. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship to Sweden and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

- Sweden: 3–7 business days
- EU Countries: 5–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items
