Return & Refund Policy – Ekatrakonst

At Ekatrakonst, we take great care in packing and shipping every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return
We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

Customized & Personalized Products
Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, as they are made specifically for you. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled before it is dispatched or created/processed.
- If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at ekatrakonst@gmail.com.
- Once the order has been dispatched or is in production, cancellation is no longer possible.
- We are unable to accept cancellation requests after the order has been created or shipped.

How to Report a Damaged Item
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
1. Contact us immediately upon receiving your order – do not wait.
2. Send us a clear video or photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to ekatrakonst@gmail.com.
3. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery confirmation may not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The damage must be clearly visible and documented with video or photo proof.
- You must contact us immediately after receiving the order.

Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Items reported as damaged after 24 hours of delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval from Ekatrakonst.
- Orders that have already been dispatched or are in production.
